2. Professional Services

Centred Counselling & Mediation provides professional specialist wellness counselling and mediation services. Byron Werbeloff is a registered specialist wellness counsellor with the ASCHP (WC24/9024). Please note that our services are not a substitute for psychiatric treatment or medical intervention in acute crises.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings: All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in a full session fee being charged.
  • Deposits: A 25% deposit is required for the initial session to confirm your booking.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the end of each session via card machine or EFT. Discounts are available for students, teachers, pensioners, and single parents as specified on our website.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.

6. Limitation of Liability

Centred Counselling & Mediation will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
